Mission Statement

 Kirsty and Lilly Hebden-Lambird aim to create an inclusive [without exception] safe place venue that has a sole purpose of building a community primarily for those who fall under the umbrella term of LGBTQIA+ whilst not excluding individuals of any section of Chelmsford’s larger community. 

 Is to provide fair and reasonable protection for everyone who uses its facilities. The Bar Plus mission is to provide a secure environment where everyone can feel confident in displaying their differences without harmful or derogatory comments from others who use our bar. Furthermore, Bar Plus must retain a sense of fair play and justifiable outcomes with procedures and policies that are enforced to protect the vulnerable in disputes and must take action upon those who display intolerance towards those who posses different attributes including: sexual preferences, different sex identity from that assigned at birth, colour of skin, racial differences, or religions.
