Mister Eighties returns to Bar Plus after rave reviews from our own customers. Adam is the reason that we have pulled out all the stops and dived straight into a world of A list talent. His David Bowie songs are enough to make you want to come to Bar Plus and watch this High Energy Eighties revivalist do his magic. It's not just David Bowie though. Aidan delivers an array of blockbuster Eighties songs with a talent that cannot be bettered.

Our line-up of stars with talent that rivals the singers they play tribute to is overwhelming to us, and we booked them. Maddies Cole not only walks, talks, and sings like Dolly Parton, you'd be forgiven for believing it actually is Dolly at Bar Plus. But that is not where the story ends. Spring foward to modern day chart music and Maddie morphs into Chappell Roan in a spectacular show stopping performance. Seeing is believing, and believe us, you will stare open mouthed in awe of a show that doesn't stop, and you wont stop cheering your admiration for this amazing perfomer.

Trans Angels Essex has been handed over to Kirsty. Julie, the founder, still keeps a keen eye and lends an ear for Kirsty  if she requires it. It's Kirsty's job to re-awaken Trans Angels support and social group who used to meet once a month at various venues on Canvey Island for a celebration of who they are. Unfortunately, the group cannot meet at Canvey Island anymore. Kirsty & Lilly own and run Bar Plus in Chelmsford. Therefore, they are hoping the previous members of Trans Angels will be happy to come to Chelmsford and help breathe life into what was once a successfully attended group that supplied a safe space for trans people to mix and socialise. Kirsty is offering all trans+ people 25% discount on all drinks purchased on T-Girl Friday events. They will all be treated as guests of honour on those nights as well. We are shouting out to all trans people to help support Trans Angels and bring it back to its former glory. We wish to thank Julie for her trust that she has given Kirsty. She will do her very best to create a safe environment for the existing T-Girls and those who venture in for the first time.
